Thanks to a friend, I realized that prints cannot yet be ordered worldwide. Specifically, I found that ordering from the United States is only possible if I configure the webshop via the “saal-digital.com” site, rather than my previous approach through the .de site. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to customers who were unable to place orders from outside Germany.
To address this issue, I have contacted Saal-Digital to obtain clarification on whether this limitation applies to other countries as well. I understand that the lack of clear information on the websites regarding this behavior can be frustrating, and I am committed to finding a solution promptly.
Rest assured that I am actively working to resolve this matter and try to achieve that all of customers can place orders from their respective countries. I am in contact with the Saal-Digital support to obtain further details on the availability of international ordering options. Update: 16. June 2023 Opening Additional Profiles for US, UK, and Switzerland
I wanted to provide you with an important update regarding the international orders for Saal-Digital prints. Based on the information I have received, it appears that I will need to open additional profiles specifically for the United States, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. This step is necessary to ensure that customers from these countries can place their orders smoothly and without any limitations. I want to assure you that I am actively working on this task, and it is now at the top of my to-do list for the next few days. Update: 20. June 2023 For EU it is easy, the world-wide will be a little more complicated
Saal-Digital recommended me to simply open additional profiles for US, UK and Switzerland. What they did NOT mention was, that I would also need company addresses in those countries! Of course I do NOT have subsidiaries! So, I can only ship directly from Saal into the whole EU-region. For world-wide orders, please get in touch with me and we’ll figure out a solution.
